In addition to completing the form, customers are encouraged to upload any design files they wish to use. Upon submission of the customization request form, our customer service team will reach out to you within 24 hours. It is important to note that all items are considered final sale. This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of these products, and being that all items are made to order, which cannot be resold once created. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully consider their designs and specifications before finalizing their requests.
To proceed with the fulfillment of your custom order, a down payment of 50% of the total cost is required. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin the production process. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the item, prior to shipping.
