To initiate a custom order, customers are required to fill out the customization request form. This form serves as a crucial tool for gathering essential information regarding your desired design and item specifications. It is important to provide as much detail as possible to ensure that your vision is accurately captured. 

In addition to completing the form, customers are encouraged to upload any design files they wish to use. This can include logos, artwork, or any other visual elements that are integral to the custom item. The ability to upload designs directly through the form streamlines the process and allows our team to assess your request more efficiently.

Upon submission of the customization request form, our customer service team will reach out to you within 24 hours. This communication will cover important aspects of your order, including design placement, item style, and any other relevant details. Our goal is to ensure that every aspect of your custom item meets your expectations.

It is important to note that all items are considered final sale. This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of these products, and being that all items are made to order, which cannot be resold once created. Therefore, we encourage customers to carefully consider their designs and specifications before finalizing their requests.

To proceed with the fulfillment of your custom order, a down payment of 50% of the total cost is required. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin the production process. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the item, prior to shipping.
